NEW CARPET SALES & INSTALLATION
Your service technician will call the number you’ve provided to assure you’re ready for his arrival. He will do this right before your scheduled appointment time or within an hour of your appointment time. Please be available by phone to confirm. Technicians will not come out until confirmation is made.
In preparation of his arrival please have the areas to be serviced cleared of obstacles such as shoes, baskets, magazines, etc.. Please disconnect and remove all electronics and breakable items from the service area. All furniture items such as china cabinets, bookcases, dressers, etc. must be emptied. If your service needs are of a simpler nature removal of these items may not be necessary. If you have any questions please call our office and ask ahead of time.
Please be on-site before, during and after completion to go over your carpet repair work or rug repair service with the technician. Please voice any concerns you might have at this time.
Service calls and service charges are due at time of completion. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover
