NEW CARPET SALES & INSTALLATION
***When the driver is ready to head your way we will call you at the number you provided during scheduling. Please be available by phone to confirm you are ready for his arrival. Unless prior arrangements are made drivers will not head out until phone confirmation is made.
***If you are paying for roll-up and/or laying of your rug(s) please have all breakables clear from the work area. Our delivery men will only move furniture that they can slide from side to side. Those items must be cleared and emptied. If you have electronics, beds or furniture that must be disassembled, please do so prior to your appointment.
Stains & Odor: To better serve you, please alert our staff of any known stains or odors and their source. Please be aware cleaning does not deodorize rugs. If odor is an issue please ask about treatment options.
Fabric Protector: If your rug(s) is in a high traffic area or is susceptible to spills, please consider having us add Scotchguard after your cleaning. You’ll be glad you did.
Rug Repair: Please let us know if your rug(s) has any damage you’d like our area rug repair specialist to look at.
