Estimated time of completion is noted near the bottom of your invoice.
Due to the large number of rugs cleaned at our facility we are unable to check the status of rugs unless they have gone over the estimated time of completion. Please allow us this time-frame to notify you that your rug(s) are ready.
Current turn around time for area rug cleaning is 2-3 weeks.
Current turn around time for rug repair is 2 weeks 4 days.
Scheduling in-home carpet cleaning is currently booked out 1 week. This may vary due to cancellations and rescheduling. Please call 919-832-2275 for next available.
Scheduling for in-home carpet repair is 4 days out.
